Hello, my name is Sue, and I’m a person-centred therapeutic counsellor and trained life coach based in Wrexham, North Wales. I offer mental health support tailored to adults facing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or significant life changes. I’m passionate about providing personalised counselling that makes a meaningful and lasting impact on wellbeing as individuals navigate through their challenges.
Using a person-centred, integrative approach, you decide what we discuss in each session. I create a safe, calm, and accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight into your experiences, and develop coping strategies at your own pace.
I provide face-to-face, telephone, and online sessions in Wrexham, along with free introductory phone sessions with no obligation. This allows you to see if my life coaching services are the right fit for you, whether you're from Wrexham, North Wales, Chester, Oswestry, Ruthin, Mold, or anywhere in the UK.
